  • What are we doing in response to COIVD 19
    • All of our linens are washed and sanitised at a high-temperature. 
    • Hand sanitiser is available to all guests and staff. 
    • The staff are regualrly sanitising high-traffic areas. 
    • The staff are required to regularly wash their hands. 
    • Keys are thoroughly sanitised after check-out.

  • What is the cancellation policy for COVID 19?

    We are happy to cancel your reservation due to COVID-19, free of charge.


    If you have booked through a third-party website, please contact reception on 0262 034 300, for information on how to cancel.


    Please contact reception for all other cancellation enquiries. 

  • Is the Sherwood Restaurant open?

    The Sherwood Restaurant is open for take-aways and room service. 


    They are open for dinner on weekdays, between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. 

  • What time is CHECK IN?

    CHECK-IN is available between 2pm and 10pm. We do our best to accomodate an earlier arrival, however in the case that the room is not yet available, we are happy to store your luggage while you take a stroll around the local attractions. If a late check-in is required, please contact us by phone so that we can make arrangements for you.

  • What time is CHECK OUT?

    CHECK-OUT is any time prior to 10am. Late checkouts after 10am must be arranged with reception BEFORE 10am, and is subject to availability and charges.

  • Do you accept CASH payments?

    During the Covid-19 pandemic, we are currently not accepting any cash payments for the safety of our staff and guests. Please contact us on 0262 034 300 if you would like more information regarding this matter.

  • What card types do you accept?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit, American Express and Diners. 


    Please note that a 3% surcharge will incur if paying with American Express or Diners card. 

  • Is smoking allowed?

    Forrest Hotel and Apartments do not allow smoking in the rooms or close to the buildings. 


    We do have designated areas available. Please discuss with reception on arrival. 

  • Can I park on site?

    We have free parking on-site for all guests. 


    Please note that it is non-allocated and most parks are not undercover. 

  • Do you provide extra bedding?

    We can accomodate for extra bedding such as rollaway beds, sofabeds, cots and bed splitting. 


    Please note, these requests do incur a fee. 

    • Rollaway (single bed) - $20 per night, minimum 2 nights stay
    • Sofa Bed (Double bed)- $20 per night
    • Baby Cots - $20 per night
    • Bed splitting -  $50 total, minimum 2 nights stay

  • Can I check in later than 10PM?

    Check- In is available after 10:00pm. You will need to let Reception know, so we can give you the night procedures and the Night Manager can expect your arrival. 

  • Do you have baths?

    Our accomodation do not include baths. Each motel room include an ensuite and most apartments include a walk-in shower. 

  • Are there kitchens in the rooms?

    All of our Apartments include fully-furnished kitchens. 


    Some of our motels include kitchenettes. These contain a convention oven, sink, stove tops, a microwave and a mini fridge. 


    Please note, as our kitchenettes are limited, you will need to make a special request to Reception, to guarantee one. 


    The reception area has a guest microwave, which is available when the reception area is open. 

  • Do you have elevators?

    Forrest Hotel and Apartments do not have any elevators, only stairs.


    If you are placed in an upstairs room and have heavy luggage, our staff are more than happy to provide assistance in taking them up the stairs. 


    If you or another guest struggle to climb stairs, we do have ground level rooms. Please request this with Reception to guarantee a ground level room. 

  • Do the rooms have windows with a view?

    We do have queen rooms with a park view.


    As there are limited rooms with this feature, you will need to request to have a view with Reception when making your booking. 

  • Do you allow PETS?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in this establishment. If you are bringing a service animal with you, please let us know prior to check-in and provide certification.
