Independent travellers must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation via our online site.
For cancellations and modifications of bookings, please contact our reception staff directly.
Payment & Guarantee
Payment is required in full upon CHECK-IN for all booking made via this website or over the phone. Please note that AMEX and DINERS will incur a 3% surcharge. We will also need a credit card imprint or equivalent at the time of check-in to cover incidental charges. Please ensure that the card has $200 available to cover these. If no credit card is available, we require a $200 cash deposit, along with a copy of your driver’s licence. The $200 dollars will be refunded to you upon check-out.
Check-in & Check-out
CHECK-IN is available between 2pm and 10pm. We do our best to accomodate an earlier arrival, however in the case that the room is not yet available, we are happy to store your luggage while you take a stroll around the local attractions. If a late check-in is required, please contact us by phone so that we can make arrangements for you.
CHECK-OUT is any time prior to 10am. Late checkouts after 10am must be arranged with reception BEFORE 10am, and is subject to availability and charges.
Parties and large gatherings of people on the property are strictly prohibited, unless the event has been arranged in advanced with Management. Any breaches of this policy will result in immediate termination of your booking without any refund.
On-site car parking is available and remains complimentary to all guests and their visitors.
